If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify co999 support immediately via the contact details set out in Section 16. co999 will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter but cannot accept liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
You are required to keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any material change to your personal details — including a change of address, phone number or primary payment method — should be updated in your Account profile or communicated to support promptly.
co999 is required to apply KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures in accordance with the operator's regulatory obligations. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by co999 are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions. These terms are provided at the point of opt-in and form part of this Agreement when accepted. Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are set out in the specific promotional terms and may vary by offer type. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution rates for each game category are displayed in the relevant promotional terms.
co999 reserves the right to decline, revoke or cancel a bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of wagering requirements or multi-accounting is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, placing low-risk wagers solely to meet wagering requirements, using arbitrage strategies to circumvent wagering conditions or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures.
Bonuses that are not activated, wagered or used within the time limit specified in the applicable promotional terms will expire and be removed from the Account. co999 is not liable for any bonus that expires as a result of user inactivity or failure to meet the conditions within the stipulated period.
All wagers are accepted at co999's sole discretion. co999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of match manipulation, breach of these Terms, or risk management considerations.
A wager is confirmed only once it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Wagers that have not been confirmed are not valid. It is the user's responsibility to verify that a wager has been accepted before relying on any expected return.
In the event of a manifest error in an odds price, a game malfunction, a technical fault or any other error that results in an incorrect outcome, co999 reserves the right to void any affected wager and return stakes to the relevant Account. "Pay the wrong price" does not apply where an error is clearly manifest. co999's decision in such matters is final.
Circumstances in which a wager may be voided include: event cancellation or abandonment; settlement errors; technical malfunctions; violation of these Terms by the user; and any instance where co999 reasonably suspects that the integrity of the event has been compromised.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, co999's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that User in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on the co999 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is the property of co999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Upon Account closure, all bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned following successful KYC verification, subject to any outstanding investigations or regulatory holds. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 12 and 15 — will continue to apply after termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which co999 is licensed and/or incorporated, as applicable. Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws independently.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or shall be construed as, a representation that the Platform is legally accessible or that gambling is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. co999 does not provide legal advice.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally between a User and co999 may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body in co999's licence jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
